FEES & COVERAGE
Fees at Heartland Professional Services are covered by most employee/workplace insurance benefits. We recommend that you check with your extended healthcare provider to determine the extent of your coverage and whether a physician referral is required in order to qualify for benefits. CANCELLATION POLICY
We provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. We ask that notice of cancellation be provided by the client, by phone or email at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time. If you do not show up for your appointment or do not provide at least 48 hours’ notice, you are required to pay the full cost of the session.
