Sadiq Hasan, MD, DPM, FRCPC
Psychiatrist
Sadiq Hasan is a psychiatrist licensed to practice in the province of Ontario. He is an Assistant professor (adjunct) of Psychiatry at McMaster University - Niagara Campus. Dr. Hasan is also working as a consultant psychiatrist at Palermo Professional Medical Centre in Oakville. Recently he has worked as a consultant psychiatrist at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences.
Previously he had worked at Royal Columbian Hospital New Westminster, British Columbia from 1998 to 2002 as well as at Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, Nova Scotia from 1993 to 1998. He has extensive experience of conducting assessments for the Workplace Safety Insurance Board and Insurance companies.
Dr. Hasan has also been involved in teaching, research, treatment for variety of clientele in Canada and abroad. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, as well as licensed from the Medical Council of Canada. He is listed on the specialist Register for Psychiatry in Canada since 1997. He has been called as an expert witness in psychiatry at License Appeal Tribunal (LAT).
