Sahastra Raykha
BSc.(Honours) in Psychology
Sahastra Raykha obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology and Health Studies at the University of Toronto. Prior to working at Heartland Professional Services, Ms. Raykha worked in the Independent Medical Evaluation industry for 14 years, previously working as a Quality Assurance Manager as well as Manager of Operations. In this role, she was responsible for managing the performance of the business including acting as a subject matter expert for the quality assurance team.
Ms. Raykha ensured that the departments complied with Ontario Legislations such as the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS), License Appeal Tribunal (LAT), Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), and Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Additionally, she developed strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and tracked key performance indicators.
